Do you process my videos with AI? Yes. Trimming, captioning, and effects features send your video to AI processing providers strictly to generate the result you asked for.

Do you sell my data? No. We do not sell your personal information or Your Content to third parties.

Is my content confidential? AdCut is a general editing tool, not a secure vault. You should not upload anything confidential or sensitive that you are not authorized to share — see Section 11.

1WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication details.

Your Content. This includes the videos, images, audio, captions, prompts, projects, and exported files you upload or create through AdCut.

Device information. We may automatically collect technical details such as your device type, operating-system version, app version, language, and crash or diagnostic information.

Usage information. We may collect information about which features you use, how often you use them, and errors or performance events, to help us understand and improve the Service.

2HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION

We process your information to provide and operate AdCut — including running your videos through our editing and AI systems, maintaining your account and projects, processing payments, providing customer support, detecting fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to running and improving the Service without telling you.

3VIDEO AND MEDIA PROCESSING

When you use an AI-assisted feature, AdCut transmits the relevant clip or file from your device to our backend, which may in turn send it to a third-party AI processing provider to generate the result:

your device → AdCut backend → AI processing provider → edited result → your device

You authorize this processing by choosing to use the applicable feature. See Section 4 for more on the third-party providers involved.

4WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share information with the service providers we rely on to operate AdCut, including cloud hosting and storage providers, AI and machine-learning processing providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, and payment processors. We require these providers to handle your information consistently with this Policy and only to the extent necessary to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights and safety of AdCut and our users.

5DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, authentication, security, and analytics. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the website work.

6DO WE OFFER AI-BASED FEATURES

Yes. AdCut's core editing features — including automated trimming, captioning, and effects — are powered by AI and machine-learning technologies, some of which are provided by third parties. These systems analyze your uploaded video to produce the requested result. AI-generated results can be inaccurate; you should review them before relying on them, as described in our Terms of Service.

7HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your videos, projects, and account information for as long as your account stays active, so you can keep working with them. If you delete a project or your account, we remove the associated content from our active systems within a reasonable time, except where we must keep a copy longer to comply with the law, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud.

8HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You play a role too — keep your account credentials private and secure.

9DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS

AdCut is not directed at children who are not legally permitted to use the Service, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at app.aifans@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 11YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT AND PERSONAL DATA

AdCut provides editing technology and relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver it, as described in Sections 3 and 4. You remain solely responsible for the content you choose to upload and process through AdCut, including making sure it does not contain confidential, sensitive, or private information — about yourself or anyone else — that you are not authorized to share with AdCut or the providers we use to operate the Service.

You are also responsible for having the appropriate legal basis or consent before uploading another person's image, voice, or other personal data. If you are unsure whether something is appropriate to upload, do not upload it.

12INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Depending on where our infrastructure and service providers are located, your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

13BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If AdCut is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
